Catholic Schools Week is a week-long national celebration of Catholic school education sponsored by the National Catholic Educational Association. We typically observe the week with activities to celebrate students, families, parishioners and community members. Through these events, schools focus on the value of Catholic education to our children and its contributions to Church, local communities and the nation. During Catholic Schools Week we traditionally celebrate a different group each day. This year’s theme is Catholic Schools: Learn. Serve. Lead. Succeed.

Celebrating Our Parish, Sunday, January 26, 2020

On Sunday morning, Academy students participate in 10:00 am Mass and are asked to wear formal uniforms. Parent ambassadors are present at all masses to share why they chose to send their children to Catholic school, what makes a Catholic school different, the benefits of Catholic school and what QPCA means to their student and family.

In the afternoon, St. Francis Catholic Academy hosts their annual Souper Fun Sunday from 12:00-3:00 pm and all are welcome!  This year, The Academy is "souper" excited to announce that we will have our very own soup in the contest! So don't forget to stop by and have a taste of our soon-to-be-famous SOUPER SAINTS SOUP.

We are in need of a parent volunteer to create and decorate our themed table for Souper Fun Sunday. If you are interested please contact suzycarlisle@mac.com.
