All volunteers are required by the Diocese of St. Augustine to meet the following requirements in order to volunteer at QPCA*:

 

1. COMPLETE A PROTECTING GOD'S CHILDREN WORKSHOP

For new volunteers, a workshop will be offered at â€‹QPCA at the beginning of the school year. Check â€‹y​our​ email​ â€‹from Tammie Vassou for the date and time, or click on the Protecting God's Children link below. If you cannot attend a workshop at QPCA, you can check with other parishes in the area for classes that better fit your schedule. YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE. To register, go to www.virtusonline.org and start a new registration, create a user ID and password and follow registration and scheduling prompts.

 2.  SUBMIT A CURRENT DIOCESE OF ST. AUGUSTINE HISTORY SCREENING

 

All volunteers must have a current Diocese of St. Augustine History Screening Form on file at â€‹QPCA. Please print the Diocese of St. Augustine History Screening Form linked below (SINGLE-SIDED) and return completed to the Academy front office.

3. SUBMIT LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTS

 

Parents are responsible for registration, scheduling and payment for fingerprinting. Fingerprinting appointments can be scheduled online at www.fieldprintflorida.com. To schedule fingerprinting, please follow instructions on the Fingerprints link below. Once fingerprints are completed and approved, the school will be notified.

*If you have completed a Protecting God's Children Workshop (only required one time) and/or submitted a screening and fingerprints (required every five years), please fill out the Verification of History Screening Clearance and Protecting God's Children Training form linked below. Return the completed verification forms to the Academy front office as soon as possible.
